1. Product Authenticity and Selection
All items offered by Le Souk Antiquaire are carefully selected antique and collectible pieces, officially certified and authenticated to the best of our expertise.
Each object carries its own history, marks of age, and individuality, which form an essential part of its aesthetic and material value.
Minor imperfections, wear, or restorations are considered part of the piece’s character and not grounds for return.
2. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.
Payments can be made in multiple currencies, adjusted to the official daily exchange rate on the day of purchase.
Once payment is completed, the exchange rate applied to that transaction remains fixed until delivery.
Payment methods include bank transfer, card, or cash (local or foreign), as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Le Souk Antiquaire provides domestic and international shipping through trusted logistics partners.
Shipping costs are covered by the client, and vary according to destination, weight, size, and insurance value.
We assist in arranging secure transport but are not liable for damages or delays once items have been handed over to third-party shippers.
Clients may also arrange their own couriers or collect items directly from our showroom by appointment.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the unique and certified nature of our antiques, all sales are final.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item is proven to be significantly misrepresented in its description.
In such rare cases, the client must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos and documentation.
